We’ll pick you up in the morning from your hotel in Santiago or Cruise Ship at the port of San Antonio.
We’ll drive towards the resort city of Algarrobo to be welcomed by the staff of the Nautical Brotherhood of Algarrobo, where after coffee and services we’ll have a short walk to admire the last penguin colony that remains in the area, located on the neighboring Nature Sanctuary, Islote del Pájaro Niño. We are the only tour operator allowed to access the facilities of the Nautical Brotherhood. Authorised by the local navy and the environmental department of the Algarrobo Council.
The day continues with a gentle walk towards the beautiful beach of El Canelo, where you will have time to get your feet into the ocean if you don’t mind the cold water. Penguins just love it.
After a short drive, we’ll have lunch at the fisherman’s wharf of the resort city of El Quisco. There are delicious options for all types of food preferences and restrictions. Wine and drinks are included.
Once we are done we’ll have a panoramic drive by the scenic seaside of El Quisco, in our way to the house of the Literature Nobel Prize laureate, Poet Pablo Neruda. We’ll visit the gardens of the house and the grave where the poet and his wife rest in front of the sea.
Our experience will continue with a drive towards the rural village of Lo Abarca, whithin the district of Cartagena, where we’ll taste one of the best Pinot Noir of the world, at the small family boutique winery, Viña Casa Marin. Consistently awarded as the producers of some of the best white and cool climate red wines on Earth.
The day finishes with a smooth drive back to your hotel in Santiago or the Port of San Antonio.
