We requested to have the transportation from San Antonio to Santiago, and a tour... read more of Santiago. He was very happy to help us. He took us around the city to visit many places such as government buildings, famous monuments, local markets, Restaurant to taste the local Chilean foods. He taught us the culture, the España 101, songs about Chile, literatures about Chile. Just couple hours, we learned so much the history and culture from Andres!!
By the time that we need to check in to our hotel, Andres and the driver patiently helped us to locate the hotel, helped us check in and made sure we were settling down.
Andres has the passion of share the proud of Chile with us. He had great attitude. He is beyond his duty to help us. He is very responsible and love his customers. We are so blessed to meet this wonderful young man!! We love Chile because of his influence. Salute to you, Andres!!

  we got off a cruise in san antonio and had a tour booked with a local tour company (not Gabi's), but they had left the port without us (we were... read more delayed as i had a problem with my suitcase at customs), so i was at the pier looking for another tour and Gabi was there too .. she immediately jumped in to help me with a big smile, she first called my initial tour company with her own mobile (!) who confirmed they had indeed left without us (!) .. realizing my despair, Gabi immediately offered to be our guide for the day and found a taxi driver who was willing to drive us for a fixed price - and it actually came cheaper than if i had accepted the only tour they were still offering at the pier that day (but of course a little more expensive than my initial tour - but i didn't mind) ..

we even had to drive to a bank to get cash first as there was no way to pay with a credit card .. it was really all based on trust and confidence which is great !

we drove to visit valparaiso, vina del mar, then had lunch, and finally visited a winery for some wine tasting, and were dropped off at our santiago hotel about 6 hrs later ! we had a great day and time, and Gabi, with her excellent english, was both informative and fun to be with ..

as we were also happy with the taxi driver too, we ordered him to take us to the airport 3 days later - unfortunately he didn't turn up as agreed - so not knowing what to do (was he coming or not ?) i obviously called Gabi again, who immediately got hold of the driver and solved the problem (altho it wasn't even her problem - she still willingly helped me) !! ...

Gabi is a very pro-active young lady, with a "can-do", "will-do" attitude .. she speaks excellent english and knows the area very well and the best spots to visit .. she saved our day for the tour, then helped us again on the last day of our stay ..

i highly recommend Gabi .. she will take very good care of u and tailor to ur needs too .. u can book her services with ur eyes closed and if u need more info, please contact me ..

The Guide, Gabriela, was extremely friendly, considerate, funny and full of information. She showed us some very beautiful sights and had some wonderful stories.
Her knowledge of Chile and the local area was fascinating. Next time I will come back as a tourist and do the tour again.
